Plain-English Terms of Service
The short version of what BookItLink provides and what you agree to when you use it. Written to be true to the product you can use today.
What BookItLink provides
BookItLink gives local service businesses a booking page and link, a customer conversation thread, customer records and memory, appointment reminders, deposits collected through Stripe, scheduling, and a simple business website — all in one place. You set it up yourself; no developer needed.
Your account
You’re responsible for the information you enter, the services and prices you publish, and keeping your sign-in secure. The customer records and conversations in your account are yours; you can export or delete them from your dashboard at any time.
Acceptable use
You must own or be authorized to contact the customers whose information you store in BookItLink. You agree not to use BookItLink for unsolicited marketing, fraud, harassment, or anything unlawful, and to follow applicable rules for the email you send to your customers (e.g. CAN-SPAM).
Payments & deposits
Deposits and payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch BookItLink servers. You keep your payments; BookItLink does not take a cut of what your customers pay you.
Subscription & cancellation
BookItLink is a simple monthly subscription with a free trial. No contract and no cancellation penalty — cancel any time and you’ll keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.
Liability & warranty
BookItLink is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t guarantee specific booking, response, or revenue outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is capped at the prior month’s subscription fee.
SMS / text messaging consent & opt-out
If you give us your mobile number and opt in — at bookermove.com/sms-opt-in or when you book — you agree to receive SMS text messages from BookItLink. These are account & customer-care messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, deposit / payment links, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
