Messaging infrastructure

BookerMove operates a managed messaging infrastructure on behalf of every customer business. Customers do not interact with carrier compliance themselves — we handle brand registration, campaign approval, consent collection, and opt-out handling. Who we serve

BookerMove serves US-based local service businesses — barbers, salons, nail studios, movers, pet grooming, med spas, auto detailing, and HVAC operators. Each customer business is set up with operational support from our team so the messaging, calendar, and payment-link configuration matches how their shop actually runs.

How customer messaging works

• Operated by BookerMove: BookerMove configures the messaging system for each customer business. The customer’s phone number forwards into our managed messaging foundation; we send + receive on their behalf.
• Business communications only: Messages are limited to operational follow-up — booking confirmations, reminders, deposit links, and customer-service replies. No marketing blasts, no third-party content.
• Permission-based: Customers opt in by initiating contact with a BookerMove-powered business (calling the business, texting the business, or submitting an inquiry on the business’s site).
• Opt-out honored: Reply STOP to any BookerMove-sent message and no further messages from that business will reach that number. See Terms · SMS consent + opt-out for the full policy.
